  • Defective or Damaged Items: We'll gladly cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund. Please contact us immediately.

What Can't Be Returned?

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food, beverages, or consumable products.

  • Personal care items (e.g., shampoos, soaps).

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such).

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Don't ship anything back yet! Email us at service@wrldrank.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Get Instructions: We'll reply with a return authorization number and specific shipping instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Securely package the item and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

  • You will be refunded the full cost of the returned item(s).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
